For bulk dispatch or warehouse transit, share item arrangement, total packed weight and all internal components. Distinguish usable internal dimensions from external carton dimensions needed for pallets or carriers.
Describe stacking, handling, moisture exposure and the delivery route. Corrugated construction and any strength testing need project agreement; a flute name or wall description alone is not a load rating.
Review the closure, tape areas, labels and shipping marks with the packed sample. Confirm the agreed handling or transit checks using the contents and inserts, then record the board and packing specification for quotation.
