Corrugated Dividers & Partitions: selection and sample review

Map the cells to the item arrangement

For repeated items packed in rows and columns, provide the widest item dimensions and required clearance. State whether cells separate products, help position them or must also allow easy removal.

Coordinate slots, height and board

Divider height, interlocking slots and board thickness affect the assembled cell space. Review them with the carton interior and packing sequence; identify any visible surface or printing requirement.

Check the complete compartment layout

Assemble a sample, load every cell and check clearance, slot engagement and removal. Include top, bottom or other protection needs separately; separation into cells does not establish impact protection.

From brief to sample and quotation

  1. Share what you know

Start with the intended use, product dimensions or a reference photo, quantity and destination where known. For undecided material, structure or finish, write Not sure / Need recommendation and describe the result you need.

  2. Agree the sample and review points

A structural sample checks fit and handling; artwork or finish proofs check presentation. Agree the required sample type, material, review criteria, sample fees and timing before arranging that stage.

  3. Confirm the quotation scope

Confirm the selected specification, artwork status, quantity, delivery destination and packing form. MOQ, price and actual lead time remain subject to the quotation; flag any required contact-use documentation or testing for separate review.

Selection and quotation FAQs

What information is needed for a multi-cell partition?

Include the row and column arrangement, item dimensions and box interior. The slot layout and cell clearance are reviewed for that packing pattern.

Does the divider need to reach the full item height?

Show where products might touch and how the packed box is handled. Height and any additional protection should be reviewed against that contact pattern, rather than assumed from the item height alone.

Are the dimensions and MOQ fixed?

These pages describe packaging types for project review. Send the dimensions and quantity you need; final specifications and MOQ are confirmed in the quotation.
