What to confirm before approval
Specify the effect and construction
Identify the desired holographic pattern, base paper, decorative layer, reverse face and any film, coating or adhesive. Similar visual effects may use different constructions; confirm the proposed material from a physical sample.
Review print and converting
Mark areas that should stay reflective and areas needing opaque colour, readable text or barcodes. Compare flat sheets and folded samples for artwork clarity, colour shift, visible edges and handling marks. A screen preview cannot establish the finished appearance.
Decorative effect is not authentication
A decorative holographic surface alone does not authenticate a product or provide traceability. If verification or tracking is required, specify and validate a separate security or traceability system for the project.
