02Overview
Bag base, handle, food application and packing workflow are reviewed with the delivery or carry-out requirement.
Use these formats to discuss your brief. Include a reference image; construction and availability are confirmed for your project.
05Customization and applications
For meal boxes or bakery orders, list all packed containers, their base footprints and stacking order. Review the bag base and usable height with space for loading, handles and customer pickup.
State whether contents are wrapped, hot, chilled or likely to create condensation. Paper, surface treatment and handle attachment need review for that routine; direct contact with unwrapped food requires its own assessment.
Try the complete packed order in a sample after the intended waiting period. Review base shape, container movement and lifting under the actual conditions, then agree the specification and any test requirements.
Use these points to describe your requirements. For undecided details, write Not sure / Need recommendation and share the intended use or a reference photo to start the discussion. Specifications, materials and finishes are confirmed after project review.
Label front width, fully opened gusset depth, bag-body height and handle projection separately. State whether each measurement is taken flat, opened or from the proposed usable space. Record the complete packed-order footprint and height alongside the bag dimensions, then check the drawing against a loaded sample. No fixed clearance or carrying capacity is assumed.
Paper-bag structure and whole-bag checks
All fields are optional. Include units and references in your own words. Copy or download before leaving this page: entries are not saved, and nothing is sent automatically. You can paste the record into your enquiry email.
Identify the sample or drawing actually measured.
Flat, opened or proposed usable space? State units and handle position.
Label the front panel and the measurement endpoints.
Record the full opened depth, not the half-fold width.
State the bottom and top reference edges; exclude handle projection.
Measure from the bag mouth in the stated handle position.
Include all containers and accessories in the proposed arrangement.
Record what was observed and what still needs a sample check.
Working record only. Entries and exported text are not a technical approval, quotation, load rating or compliance confirmation.
Start with the intended use, product dimensions or a reference photo, quantity and destination where known. For undecided material, structure or finish, write Not sure / Need recommendation and describe the result you need.
A structural sample checks fit and handling; artwork or finish proofs check presentation. Agree the required sample type, material, review criteria, sample fees and timing before arranging that stage.
Confirm the selected specification, artwork status, quantity, delivery destination and packing form. MOQ, price and actual lead time remain subject to the quotation; flag any required contact-use documentation or testing for separate review.
State the actual food-contact use in your enquiry. Material suitability and any required supporting documents must be confirmed for that application.
Include the full order, stack height and total weight, plus any drinks or separate bakery items. A bag that fits one container may not suit the complete pickup and carrying routine.
These pages describe packaging types for project review. Send the dimensions and quantity you need; final specifications and MOQ are confirmed in the quotation.
Describe the food, contact conditions and destination market. Material choice and supporting documentation are reviewed for that use before an order is confirmed.
